RITA: I really miss my parents, you know.

Kola got up from where he was sitting and came closer to me, he lift my head up and said.

KOLA: Rita, I want you to look me in the eyes, you have been alone all this while, but since yesterday that you saved my life, you have become my family, whatever it is you need, I’m here to do it for you dear.

Those word, was so heart touching but all the man that had tried to help me, wanted to take advantage of me.

RITA: Kola thank you very much for your kind words, but well it’s nothing.

KOLA: No Rita, go on and tell me what you need.

RITA: It’s nothing seriously, enough of myself, tell me all about yourself.

KOLA: Well, there’s nothing important about me, I’m just a common man.

RITA: Oh pardon my manner, what can I offer you.

KOLA: Hmmm, what do I really want? Ok I need a smile from you and I would be ok.

RITA: You are always like that, very funny (still smiling)but be serious what should I offer you?

KOLA: Ok, if you insist I need a cup of water.

RITA: Are you sure that’s all you need?

KOLA: Yes, I’m very sure.

RITA: Alright dear, I will be right back.

I left him to get the glass of water he asked for, when I return he had already start going through the picture I had on the table.

KOLA: Do you know you are really pretty?

RITA: Really?

KOLA: Just looking at your pictures, shows how beautiful you are.

RITA: Well, thank you and here is the water you ask for. (handing him the water).

KOLA: Thanks for the water.

RITA: Let’s go back to your own story. Tell me more about yourself.

KOLA: Ok, I’m the only son of my parents but not an only child, I have a sister by name mercy. My father is the owner of D & C limited.

RITA: Hmm, that’s not bad. But between you and mercy who is older?

KOLA: Can’t you guess? (smiling) I’m the oldest jor.

RITA: alright big boy. (smiling) but why are you staying alone.

KOLA: It was when I was in school, I needed a place far from home and closer to school.

RITA: So, are you done with your studies?

KOLA: Oh yes! I have and I’m actually looking for a job presently.

RITA: A job? But why when your father could feed a country for five years or even more.

KOLA: That could be true, but I can’t live on my dad’s wealth. I need to make my own cash.

I was about saying something when a call came into kola’s phone he picked it out from his pocket to see who it was and all of a sudden his mood changed.
