Dave’s uncle was an average wealthy man when Dave’s parents were alive. But right now, his riches had quadrupled, owing to the fact that he had begun new businesses and all of them had been thriving.

When both his parents kicked the bucket, dave’s uncle took care of him and his needs, physical, emotional and otherwise. But dave felt that he was been a burden after two years of living with his uncle, coupled with the fact that he was being treated like a houseboy against his uncle’s wish. So, he returned to the village where he started to struggle to feed himself, during which time he also rejected any kind of financial help his uncle offered.

Some months after he returned to the village, that’s when he met his brother from another mother, Phil, and they formed a long lasting friendship.

Phil was the second child out of two children, he being the first and only son. His dad died of a car accident(God rest his soul) and his mom was living with her son-in-law and famly.

Dave woke up the next day at around 5am. Everywhere was still dark, so he decided to while away time by operating his phone. He surfed the net and came accross an mtn 2gb cheat which he tried out and it actually worked.(if u need it just ask youngdave d boss *winks*) now don’t get him wrong. He had all the money to subscribe and subscribe till he was tired of downloading, but he was just doing it for fun.

He proceeded to whatsapp and he couldn’t find anybody online except phil( he neva too get friends na, mtcheew). He then initiated a conversation

Dave: “oga bleeper, i hail oo”
-5 minutes later-

phil: “*yawn smiley* oboy afa now? Na now u remember me abii?”

Dave: “why u nor go yawn when u wan use ur buldozer kill person evening? Na only u knw if the girl nor even die for ur bed self”

Phil: “*tongue out smiley* aproko, jealousy. How e take concern you? Mtcheew”

Dave: “lolz, who be the babe self?”

phil: “Nigeria! Nigeria!! When u go ever change? Nor be u i just dey call aproko finish now now now? And you come still da do am again? E be like say one of your relatives get Aproko for gene ni.”

Dave: “hahahaha,….. Oga abeg leave dat one 4 one syd eee. Who the girl be?”

phil: “na one of my 4ma 4ma babes like dat. Nor wori, wen u come back u go see am”.

Dave: “chairmoo….. So dat one na just 1? Hmm! U na boss o”

phil: “oga, abeg relax ee. Me make dey learn for where u dey. Afa, hw dat way ni?”

dave: “na just boredom wan kill me. I nor sure say i go even comot 4 houx 2day self.”

Phil: “eeyaa, doh. Just drive around town na. Maybe next week i go even come city self.”

dave: “ehen, no wahala na. E go make sense if u come oo”.

They discussed till they closed the chat.

TIME CHECK- 6:45am.
He wanted to call Ovie but decided against it cause he doesn’t wanna wake her up. He went to the bathroom, bathed, brushed and put on something casual, before heading to the large sitting room, where he met his uncle and aunt watching tv.
“Good morning uncle, good morning aunty”
“Good morning” they replied in unison.
“How was your night?” his uncle asked him.
“it was fine thank you sir.” he replied. His uncle asked him to join them in watching the news and they all engaged in an argument like discussion politics, because the government was the center of the news that day. Dave really surprised the both of them with his level of intelligence. Well, as they say, “exerience is the greatest teacher”.
After eating that morning, dave called ovie and they discussed for quite some time, joking and laughing. Later at around 12pm, Dave decided to follow Phil’s advice and just go to a nearby bar and chill.
He got into his car and drove to a luxurious bar, where he sat down and ordered for two satzenbrau. When he was about putting it on his mouth, he was shocked when he saw someone he never expected to see.
