'Tinsel' Season 10 Episode 2170 Recap - Aired: Thursday 16 November 2017

Shina is in Soji's studio.
Sho comes to see him.

She asks if he won't ask what the good news is.
He says he knows she would tell him.
She says she has agreed to work with him.
He says a phone call would have saved her the stress of coming over because he has moved on.
He reminds her that everyone begged her on his behalf but she refused so he found a makeup artist already.

Brenda and Serena come to see Sankey at the station.
Serena says she wants to talk to Chief because they have unfinished business.
Sankey says it's not possible.
Serena begs.

Brenda also pleads on her behalf.
Sho tells Shina that she would have agreed to work with him since but Salewa and Helen would kill her
He tells her to go and do business with them then.
She asks for the percentage he's paying the makeup artist.

He says 30 percent.
She says she wanted 40 but she will take the same.
He says he can only pay her 20, if he agrees to work with her because he has to settle the makeup artist he hired already.

She tells him 25 percent and rights to the photos.
They shake hands.
Freddie enters the living room to tell OT that St. John caught him drinking alcohol.
OT ignores him and walks out.

Cosmo enters.
Freddie tells him he's going out.
Cosmo asks what he will tell Sheila.
Freddie says he's going.
He leaves.

Sheila meets Joanne at a restaurant.
Joanne is drinking champagne.
She asks what they are drinking to.
Joanne says she has been accepted back into the agency.

Sheila is disappointed.
Joanne says she thought her life was over; what's the point of wasting time and resources on a relationship when she can have a man on a platter?

Sheila laughs and says Joanne is something else.
She tells her that Amaka is trying to make amends with Dikibo and she even apologised to her.

Joanne says a man like Dikibo has power and affluence.
Sheila says she sounds like she wants him for herself.
Joanne says if she was interested in older men, she could just grab Dikibo.

They laugh and drink their champagne.
Tony and his friends let themselves into Nero's house.
Tony is wracked with guilt as the other boys go in to get bundles of money from the bedroom.
They hear a banging on the door.
They freeze.

The person at the door says he's the security guard for the estate and he knows there is someone in the house.

Shoshanna comes to Ziggy's.
She hugs Obiora and thanks him for getting her to take the deal with Shina.
He is cold.

She asks why he's not excited.
He says she has to apologise to him.
She refuses.
Obiora calls Frank and whispers in his ear.
Frank tells Sho that Obiora said he has nothing to say to her anymore.

Sho leaves.
Yaya and Monica are jogging along the road.
Monica asks why Yaya hasn't given Fred a grandchild.

Yaya says he has other grandkids like Freddie and Amaka's child, Tochi.
Monica says Amaka is not Fred's child.
Yaya says he adopted her.
Monica is surprised.

Yaya tells her she would love Freddie.
Monica tears up and runs off.
The banging on the door continues.
Tony asks who is there.

The guard orders him to open the door.
Tony whispers to his friends to act like they are fixing stuff.
He opens the door.
The security guard enters.
Tony says Nero called them to fix his wires.
The guard dials Nero's number but he doesn't respond.

The friends kept their arm on their gun, just in case.
The security guard tells them that he has to call the police.

The friends run off with the stolen money.
The guard grabs Tony and shouts into his handheld radio transceiver for his colleagues to get the police as the boys turned out to be thieves.

Philip comes to meet Amaka, Dikibo and Sheila at Sheila's place.
He asks what's going on.
Dikibo says they want an update on Monica.
Philip accuses Sheila of planning the gang up even with all he explained to her.

Sheila says Monica needs professional help.
Philip tells her to stop acting like an authority.
He says Monica is not that bad and only acted out that one time.
Dikibo says she needs to be in a facility.

Philip says it's the same drugs she's taking that she will get at a facility and if it's Yaya that Sheila is afraid for, then she should know that Yaya and Monica are getting along just fine.

Dikibo asks if he honestly believes he can do a better job than the medical facility.
Philip tells them to allow him to try his method out first then if anything happens again, they can talk.

Sheila says they won't be talking if anything happens again, they will be taking action.
Ene enters her living room to see a sad Shoshanna.

She asks what happened.
Sho says she had good news and was happy till Obiora rained on her parade.

Ene asks what the good news is.
Sho says she's working with Shina.

Ene says she hopes they signed an agreement.
Sho says she doesn't have money for a lawyer.
Ene says it's just something they can draft themselves.

Sankey and Serena are in the interrogation room with Chief.
Chief says his wife has come for a conjugal visit so Sankey needs to excuse them.
Serena says she has made a lot of mistakes in her life.

Chief says the fact that she has realised her mistake is the beginning of their reconciliation.
Serena says the first mistake she made was to think a man like him would have a shred of decency in him, he doesn't love her and he's obsessed with the idea of controlling her.
She says she wants a divorce.

He bangs on the table and says she's joking and she would never get a divorce from him.
He asks what she would do without him.
She stands up and says she's done.
She leaves the room.

Sankey follows.
Monica runs into Philip's house.
Yaya says she scared her.
Monica says she's sorry.

Yaya asks if she's terrified of seeing Freddie and thinks Freddie wouldn't remember her.
Monica stands up crying and shouting.
She asks what Yaya is going on about.

Yaya apologises and says she would not bring
Freddie up again.
She tells Monica to go and freshen up while she makes them some pancakes.

Monica nods and leaves the room.
There is a knock on the door.
Yaya opens the door and Freddie walks in.
