ZeeWorld Movie Story: The Vow - Season 2 - Episode 8

Amar calls the hotel Divya was in and tells them not to let her leave.
He's shocked to learn that she already left.


Divya drags her suitcase along the street and meets a riot going on.
She takes a taxi and as they move, the thugs block them and beat up the taxi driver.
Divya runs away and someone drags her into an alley.
She bites the person's hand and screams but she sees it's Amar.
He takes her to his borrowed cab and drives off as fast as he can to get away from the rioters.



Divya tells him to take her to the airport.
He confesses to her that he was the one who asked the hotel manager to kick her out and didn't know there was a riot.
Divya apologises to him for everything she did.
He stops the car and asks her to get off as they have arrived at the airport.
She gets out and he tries not to look at her.



Chandra tells Sindoora that Aniket has been captured.
Sindoora says it's fine.
Chandra also tells her that Divya didn't go to Agra and nobody knows where she is.
Sindoora tells her to find out where she has gone.


Divya tries to pay for her ticket with her bracelet but the ticketing officer tells her she can only pay in cash.
She thinks of what to do and decides to call Samrat.
She discovers that her phone number has been terminated.
The guru she met on the train to Benares appears and tells her it was God's will for her to come to Benares.
She begs him to buy her bracelet to she can have money for a ticket.
He tells her that the Almighty wants her to still stay probably because the purpose of her visit hasn't been fulfilled.

She waits at the airport till morning.
As she tries to leave, airport security tells her not to leave as the riots are getting worse.

She goes back into the airport and prays to God to help her since he called her there.
She begs him to send someone to help her.
She sees Amar and thinks she's hallucinating.
When she realises he's there for sure, she runs to give him a hug.
He tells her that people are watching.
Divya is too happy to care.
He says a friend who works at the airport called to tell him that the lady he brought to the airport yesterday is still waiting.
Divya gets on her knees and begs for his forgiveness with tears in her eyes.
He tells her to please get up as all is forgotten.



Bindya is at home, crying.
Her parents ask what the problem is.
She says she is worried about her marriage to Amar.
Her mother tells her to calm down.
Bindya says the one she's in love with belongs to someone else.
They ask what she's saying.
She says she wants to marry Amar.
Her father asks if she wants to marry such an irresponsible person.
Bindya says she either marries Amar or remains single.


Amar is driving Divya back into town.
Divya asks why God allows people do bad things such as the rioters.
Amar says they get their reward.
He turns on the radio and they learn that the riot has taken a turn for the worse and there is a curfew.
Amar says they can't go home because his house is in the area where the curfew is.
He says they have to go back to the airport.

A group of hoodlums block the car and try to attack them with sticks and machetes.
Amar fights them off then takes Divya into the bush.


Kamna sees Samrat having his morning exercise.
He sprains his arm and she gets him meditation for it.
He sees something in a bowl and asks what it is

She says it's sugar because he usually takes sugar after taking his medicine.
He says he used to do it when he was younger and he's surprised that she remembers.
She says she also remembers many things he used to do.
He says she used to take care or him and he's sure he used to tease her then too.
She says he did quite a bit.
She stands up to leave and he thanks her for the drugs.



Divya and Amar run into a hut and shut the door.
It has hay on the ground and they sit on it.
Amar realises that the strap of Divya's dress is torn.
He takes off his jacket and gives to her.

He sees she's cold so he lights a fire.
He has some flashes of his former life.
He tells her that it feels like he has done the same thing before.
Divya says it's deja vu and it means something that has happened before.
She feels a pang of hunger and tells him she hasn't eaten since yesterday.
He says he will go and look for something to eat.
He tells her not to open the door even if he dies in the riot.
Divya covers her ears and says he said something very bad.
He tells her she's just like a child.
She pulls him down and suggests they sleep as it's late.


Sindoora tells Kamna that she should get ready and follow them to a party.
Kamna doesn't seem keen on going.
Sindoora tells her that Samrat will also be attending.

Herma comes into the living room and Sindoora tells her about the party.
Herma tells Kamna to get ready and attend the party.



Divya is sleeping.
She hears a bang on the door so she gets a stick and hits the person who walks in.
It's Amar.
She apologises and he gives her the food he brought for her.
She starts eating.
They hear the rioters coming close.


Samrat is at the party.
His friends ask about his girl and he tells them that she lives in his house but he has not been able to make a move on her.

Sindoora arrives with Chandra, Kamna and Samrat's parents.
Sindoora goes to Samrat and tells him she brought Kamna and he should help her feel at home.


Divya and Amar run out of the hut and the hoodlums chase them.
Divya says she knows a temple nearby.
They find it but the door is locked.
She says there is another way.
They find the other entrance and it's open.

The hoodlums turn back when they are unable to open the door.

Amar asks Divya how she knows the temple when it's her first time in Benares.
Divya says she doesn't know how.
He says it might be from a past life.



Samrat is dancing with Kamna.
He shares a mischievous grin with his friend then he tells Kamna to follow him outside, so they can talk.

As they are leaving the party, Rajiv stops them and says Herma is worried about Kamna, so he wants to take her back home.
Samrat says they are still enjoying the party.
Kamna says she will go with Rajiv.
They leave and Samrat is upset.


Chintu is worried about Amar.
He asks his father if he has heard anything from Amar.
The father is also worried.



Divya asks Amar to tell her about his family.
He tells her about Chintu and his parents.
He asks about her own parents.
She says it was her nanny who brought her up.
As she's talking, he falls asleep.


A monk enters the temple and finds both of them sleeping on the floor.
Amar tells him that they ran away from the riot.
He tells them that the riot is over so the can leave.


A little boy tells Bindya that Chintu told him that Amar went to the airport to save that girl.
Bindya runs to her father to ask if he spoke to Amar's father.
He tells her that he hasn't been able to.


Divya and Amar return to the hotel Divya was staying in.
The receptionist tells them that the hotel is full and most hotels are because the tourists are trapped in town due to the riot.
Divya tells Amar that she can stay at his house.

They arrive at Amar's place and the family receives them warmly.

A group of neighbours come to see Amar's father and they tell him that Amar spent the night with Divya in the temple.
