Aditi is applying vermillion on everyone but when she gets to Saloni, she tells her, she won't apply. Nahar stands up for Saloni but Aditi is adamant and tells him she won't and he should ask Saloni what she did and why she has been behaving the way she has. Saloni sits quietly and doesn’t say a word but her hurt is evident in her eyes. Vermilion is the red dot Indians apply on their forehead or hairline. It symbolises fertility and also shows that one is married.

Babho goes to meet Aditi in her room to try and talk her into applying vermilion on Saloni. Tara and Dheer come in. Tara takes Aditi’s side. Dheer tries to make peace but they go against him.

Nahar is with Saloni in their room pleading with her not to cry. He tells her to go to her father's house for the brothers’ festival. Saloni doesn’t want to go but he tells her it is important she is there for Diwali.

Shubhra tells Kunjan she needs to go to her father's house for the celebration. Kunjan says she can go but not anywhere else. She picks some sweets and Padma asks her where she is taking them, she tells her she is taking them to Samar.

Samar is about to go out but his mum tells him his sisters are coming today so he has to be around. He takes Kaveri aside and warns her not to let his mum know about Saloni’s behaviour. As soon as he leaves, Kaveri begins to think of how to let her mother-in-law know.

Shubhra is at her father-in-law’s place. She gives him the sweets and tells him she can't see him anyone because of the restrictions Kunjan has placed on her. He tells her he may be leaving own soon. Shubhra, you and this man again.

Kunjan calls Shubhra’s mother to ask about Shubhra. She tells him she just spoke to Shubhra and she said she was just about to leave home. He thanks her and begins to wonder where Shubhra has gone.

Shubhra and Saloni get to their family home at the same time. They hug themselves and Shubhra notices there is no vermilion on Saloni's forehead. She applies it.

They get into the house and greet the family. Her brother and father are holding their breath thinking Saloni will display her new behaviour in front of her mother. Saloni's mother asks why she is crying and she says she's just happy to see the whole family together. Samar says he needs to go to work. He pats Shubhra but walks past Saloni without a word. Samar is no longer on Team Saloni.
As soon as he leaves, Kaveri says he should have given his sisters gifts but she has some for them. She goes in and brings a bottle of champagne. Their mum screams and says no one has ever brought alcohol into the house.

Kaveri says it is good to give people what they like. She then tells her mothe- in-law all about Saloni's party and alcohol. Saloni's mum says it is not possible.
Saloni’ mum starts to ask about what Kaveri said and Saloni admits it. The mum says she's ashamed of her bad then breaks down in tears.
Her husband starts to console her. He tells her it started when she left.

Saloni gets back home and sees Shibu and his evil eyes. He hands her another scroll.
The message says she was granted her wish to be happy on the day of the festival but she now has 24hours to break the last oath.

Shubhra gets home and kunjan tells her their son has a fever. He says he tried to tell her and called her mother but she wasn't at her family house. He says he will never trust her again.

Tara is crying. Brajesh goes to her. She says today is the day their unborn child died in her womb. She is blaming the mother goddess for allowing it happen.
The rest of the family is sleeping but they hear some noise and gather downstairs. They see Tara and Brajesh still crying.
She is blaming herself and Nahar tells her it is not her fault. He says he brought Chudney to the house and Chudney pushed her down the stairs. He says he promised they won't be childless that his child and Saloni’s will call Tara and brajesh parents and not them.
He goes to Saloni and reminds her that she once said she would give their child to Brajesh and Tara. She doesn't say anything, Nahar tells them they can see she is fine with it.

She goes outside and thinks about the message then decides to go back and make them hate her.

Babho goes to meet Saloni, who is on her way out, in the morning. She tells her to have breakfast. Saloni says she has a rehearsal. Babho starts to feed her, then asks why there are tears in her eyes. Saloni says she is being fed forcefully. She leaves in anger. Babho thinks to herself that she knows Saloni is in trouble and as such she won't get angry over her rudeness.

Nahar is planning to take Saloni for dinner. He brings out the box of jewelry he gave her and finds it empty. He calls her phone but her business manager answers the call. He tells her to tell Saloni to come home early. She tells him Saloni is in the studio. After the call she turn to Saloni to complain that she can’t continue like this. Saloni tells her it is for a good cause and it will soon be over. She just needs help with one more thing.

The family, as usual, is gathered in the living room. Saloni comes home with her business manager who is holding her up. Nahar rushes to her, asking if she is ok. She says she has taken care of her problems. She says she has had an abortion.

Nahar is very upset and starts to yell at her.. Aunt Kaki tries to fuel the fire Saloni shuts her up.
Nahar tells her his love for her is dear and she is no longer his wife. Everyone walks away All the members of the family begin to walk away one by one and finally Babho looks at her and without saying a word, she walks away too. Awww Babho has been trying really hard to keep the faith but it seems she's given up too.

Saloni goes to her room. Vrinda comes to meet her. She tells her she doesn’t deserve to be called Nahar’s wife and she hates her for all the trouble she has caused. Even Vrinda has turned against Saloni. Can’t wait to see the next episode.
