She left by dawn..I woke up and she was not
there…the only
evidence that she was around was the

We suddenly lost appetite…listening to the
convo, I didnt realise
my phone was ringing, it was Amarachi. .. I wasnt in the mood to talk to her. The main

Bayo was already packing up..

Me: whats happening?

Bayo: we must commot for here.. Me:But dem no knw say we dey here na…

We spent most of the day at Shoprite. Just
lazing around…I

Oluchi kept calling him but he busied her
calls..she was indeed
insatiable. I thought of Cynthia and wanted to
call her but I
couldnt…not wise to drag her into this..

At night we went to the 10th floor of Cocoa
house, I had
purchased a night utility Binoculars from GAME
at shoprite.

My gazing was getting futile and I was already
getting tired when I saw a Hiace bus pull in just infront of the
hotel.

About Eight guys came down, though it was
dark I could see his
build. I could see his swag pronounced by his
bow-legs.. he was tall and Majestic..the others seem to listen to
him as he gave
instructions..

I tapped Bayo and gave him the binoculars and
he saw him
too…he shivered… Taofeek was in Ibadan. Bayo returned the binoculars to me…either he
wasnt involved or
he was a good actor…

Bayo: how dem take find us…the hotel…

Me: I wanted to ask you the same question..

Bayo:..I cant even think of. …..wait…wait….you dey suspect

I was quiet….

I raised my hands like I was helpless..

had checked entire hotel and were just waiting
for Bayo and I to
return back from wherever we went to…

Some few minutes later Bayo came back..

me plan our escape…

Bayo didnt reply…he just dropped my car
keys…and left again…

1hr later he hadnt returned…I looked at the Bus
at the distance, he hadnt joined them, then something
staggerinh occured to me.

I picked up my phone…

Me: hello

Cynthia: whats up…why are you calling so late,
hope you are ok?

Me: I need a favor from you…first is your
boyfriend there?

Cynthia: nope…

Me: huh….why isnt he home?

Cynthia: none of your biz, what is the favor Nathan?

Me: I need you to call a number, in like one hour,
tell the person I
am your boyfriend and I left my phone and
briefcase in your
house some months ago and you havnt heard from me since
then…
