I check my time again it was 5:45Am in the morning, i wonder why Edna
never still call me, so i got up and arrange my things, i move them to
parlour, i took my bath and wear my clothes, i woke aunt up and told
her am ready to go, she pray for me and wish me safe journey, she find
500 naira for me and i thank her, at least i go use am for milenius,
I called Edna and she pick at once.
Edna: ready?
Me: yeah, where are you?
Edna: i will be there in ten minutes.

I waited for her in my frontage and reminise over how things went
here, it was a good story to remember expecially the part where i was
almost kidnap by those wicked guys, i wonder what they gain by showing
terror, if them want form bad guy make them go north go fight boko
haram, no be here them go for they form commando.
I heard the sound of a car i think the car is at the backyard, i walk
over there and i saw camry 2:2 with Edna and Stepaine standing at the
front door, dress in complete white with dangerous shoe head like
cobra (i wonder why all of them they wear the same shoe oh), i return
back outside and park my things, i took them to the car and put the
luggage at the boot, i enter the passenger sit while Edna and
Stephaine occupy the front row, of course Stephaine is the driver.
Edna: how was your nite?
Me: cold.
Edna: sorry for that.
Me: thank you.

We drove in silence as we pass suleiman church and enter polytechnic
road, then we stop at RTC park, i came down and took my luggages to
the bus, i think they are filled up already they are just waiting for
one person, well thank God because i hate delay.
Ed and Steph remain in the car i dont know what they are discussing
but i just pay for my ticket and luggages, then i walk to them and
bade them goodbye, it seems Edna is not happy because there is a
little remorse on her face, well i dont care na she sabi, she gave me
a bag, a small black bag and told me to open it when i get to port, we
talk small while the driver arrange the loads at the back of the bus,
after five minutes they are through so i bade them bye and enter bus,
our bus move exactly after six.

I sat at the back of the bus, i look back while we were going and i
saw them following us, discussing and laughing a text enter my phone.

“look front and dont cause distraction”
of course i focus on my front, everything wey they my back na past
tense, am going to port to get stronger and better, and when i return
jack will see the real Oziegbe, when we reach Irua i look back and saw
them no more, so at last them gree turn back well na them sabi, i
check the bag she gave me and i saw a jotter book, it contains number
and names of white angels in portharcourt and different codes also, i
wonder what the codes mean.

Deep in my thought when we were getting to one big river with small
narrow bridge, i dont know when a red power bike speed pass us, waoh
that bike looks like Edna’s own, but different colour, i shift the
rovers to one side and look front, then i saw the power bike slowing
down, e be like say the driver na girl own because i don they see her
two oranges for front, as the person slow down and as our bus try to
overtake the bike, our bus don almost pass am oh, e remain only the
yash of the bus wey i dey, then the driver of the bike turn and face
me, she use one hand to drive and use the other to bring out a gun, i
saw the gun and quickly close the glass and told everybody to bend down, then i heard
“gboooai” she shoot our back tire, because of the speed our bus
summersault and dive inside the river, it was a big disaster thank God
i know how to swim, but i was out of breath already, i struggle inside
the river to leave the bus but i cant, it seems like am stuck one rope
hold me, everybody they struggle to commot for the bus at the same
time, e good sha say nobody die though i never know confirm, as i try
one more time i freed myself and swim to the top of the river with
others, omo the river wide oh, i sight the shore for far far end,
before person reach there self person never faint?, so i started
swimming, thank God say i sabi swim, i swim pass everybody and reach
the shore first, i sleep flat for ground like say i faint thanking God in my
mind that no injury, then after sometime i sit down for the ground and
face the river they watch as people they swim commot, as i dey watch
without my notice somebody hit me something for head, i faint for
ground and the person hold my leg and begin they drag me go were i
nor know, the only thing wey i see na the shoe wey she wear, the shoe
get snake head.
