“Nothing” I manage to say.
“Then why betray me?” She ask.

“I didn’t betray you, I just fell in love” I said.


She drop my head and stand up, she akimbo for some time and then sit down again and face
me.

“But you said you were in love with me” she said.

“I was a kid then, I wasn’t in love I was in bondage, when you died I was free and started having a rethink, you confirm everything the moment you hit Edna with your car” I said.
“I hit her because I know what happened between you two in the bungalow” she said.
“So the best way to solve it is to kill her?” I ask..

“We are cultist and we don’t go betraying each other especially not with the person I love” she said increasing her voice.

“Oh well, I guess you were never in love with me, you were just using me, if you really love me
you wouldn’t have tried to kill the person I love, there are sacrifice in love, and happiness is all
that matters, if you really love me then why don’t you want me to be happy?” I ask.
“Not with another person especially with Edna” she said.

“Then you don’t love me” I said.
“Yeah, I don’t anymore I just hate you now and want to make you suffer, I want to show you how it feel to be abandoned, I want you to feel loneliness like I did.” She said and stand up.
“In few hours your Edna will be here, she want to exchange her life for yours, I will kill her in
your presence and watch you destroy yourself”
“If you kill her be ready to kill me too” I said.
“Nope, I won’t and even if you kill me at least I know you will remain lonely for the rest of your
life” she said walking away.

“Please Tina dont do this” I shouted.
She turn back and said.

“I didn’t even have the chance to beg before she steal you away from me, now she will know
who is the master” she said and lock the door.
I was sad and then I continue trying to escape from the rope, this time she didn’t switch off the
light which makes it easier for me to see what am doing.
