I got home with so many questions on my mind ……why did she change her Mind? Was her uncle Back? Why the sudden change in decision after our Conclusion? No answer to all my questions…I shower, put noodles on fire, on my dstv, it was man United vs Aston Villa…I settled down to watch ball as a united fan…..by the time it was 7pm, I picked up my fone, dialled the MTN number at it was ” the MTN number you have call is not reachable” it was then I remembered that we only exchange numbers but I didn’t try it to confirm on the spot…..I was like…..Eran lo ( one meat loss).

The following morning I was on my way to work, couldn’t take my mind off her, most especially her beauty, I checked her number on WhatsApp, the last time she was online was yesterday and I saw her pics…..my mind was like after all it wasn’t a wrong number…..While at work I checked my WhatsApp often to know if she is online……at around after 2pm, I checked and she was online…..I dialled the number and my heart was beating hard……hello…..hello the voice responded…….This is snake, I tried calling you yester not but ur number was not going thru……..”am very sorry, had a flat battery”……no problem, how was the journey yesterday hope you weren’t that tired cos I was….”nah”….that’s good to hear, you,must be very strong for you not to be tired…….how is ur day Going? I just hope I can get to see you beautiful face again before going back to school…. “sure, y Not? We will definitely see”…..In my mind I was like another is coming abi…..so how is it going to Be?when will u be free so that we can hook Up?”don’t really know ooo maybe weekend sha” …..what about Saturday? Hope you will be Free?”hmmmm, I will but beep me up before then, and where are we Seeing?” …..my place of course, ……..”hope your wife won’t be Around?” ……no oooooo…..I have no wife yet, told u am new in abuja……”ohk, we see on Saturday then”……kk, Saturday…..I dropped the call and it was mixed feeling cos I don’t want to put my mind again and she won’t show up…..its a 50/50 situation
Counting from Monday to Thursday I couldn’t wait for Saturday to come, on Friday morning at work, I called rose to find out if our arrangement was still intact which she said yes and I should send her my address……fast forward to saturday morning, I woke up early, put my room in order, my kitchen, toilet……I quickly dash out to filling station,bought 10 litre fuel, branch at one pharmacy around, bought cd…straight to my house ,removed the cd from the pack,placed it under my mattress,picked up my fone dialled rose number, she picked and was like what’s up baby,what time should I be expecting you…..she said I should expect her around 1pm but the major issue is that she doesn’t have money for transport and she can’t take commercial cab except if she will take a taxi…..I asked her to take one and I will pay the cab once they arrive.

After the call,I was already fantasising about how the day gonna look like…….clock ticking and countdown began already…..1pm I called to find out where she was and she said on her way already………,30minutes later she called she was at my junction, I dashed out to my junction, called her number and she described the cab to me…..moving towards the cab…..what I saw was a surprise……Rose was with a friend….I entered the front sit we greeted and she introduced her friend to me as joy…..nice meeting you joy…driver plus take us to my house….how much is ur money? 1500 naira sir……1500 ke? Where did u pick them From?

Oga na from maitama ooooooo….I took them from usuma street…..If I Don no say no this place we dey come ni…I no go take 1500 at all….no 2k last……I was just looking at the guy as if to swear for him cos he brought bad market to me
