A call came into my phone. It was mrs sandra.
How did she know i had escape?I didnt wana pick the call but captain said i should.

Inem called captain, saying she wanted to speak with me. She apologised for the beatings. Only? She asked if we can meet. She don follow mad.

We got to odupani junction.

I called chioma. She said police and strange men came looking for me. And adviced i shouldnt come home, i should look for a place and stay atleast for days. Captain was really wise.

My stay in uyo ended really fast. I ran away as i did in lagos. Lost my job and house. But i still had my friends which made me comfortable although i didnt like the idea of moving out of uyo, i really missed that city.
