Must Read: King Arthur

I knew Pearl since Junior class 3, at least that was
when I first noticed her existence. Since then she
had improved drastically, she now had that lady
like statue, although she was beautiful, she was
not charming.

In recent times, a lot of rumours about her dirty
dealings filled the air, I did not want to take part
in any of it.

**Wednesday At School**
I arrived at school late that morning, after picking
round the school compound, I was finally allowed
to attend classes. When I got to my seat I noticed
something unusual, The seat looked cleaner and
more beautiful, my own portion of the seat was
also very clean.

Pearl was seating there, looking at me as though
she had something to say, then some where from
the blues, Pearl greeted me;’Good morning’ I
replied, and she further asked about my night
and all those stuff, Pearl was very nice to me, and
in fact she offered to buy me lunch, trust me I
refused.

Pearl was not as tall as I was or as tall as vanessa,
she had this average height, that fitted her, she
was damn beautiful, but of course not as
beautiful as Vanessa. Like Vanessa, she had a
long and beautiful hair, she was dark skinned,
and had that killer shape, it would be ok to
conclude that she indeed had a rounded
goodness embedded in her. The only thing I
detested about her was her Character, she could
be friendly and caring this moment and the Next
she would just be as poisonous as an anaconda,
that was Pearl.

During the remaining part of the week she was
really nice. She had a very good sense of humour,
she was often referred to as ‘Bovi’s Sister’.

Like I said she was very nice, but on friday she
was nice to the call, I had a minor headache, and
that day we had tests. She wrote for ‘us’, I just
dictated and then she wrote it down. She even
bought me lunch even though I did not fancy
taking things from girls.

Pearl was so fun to be with that I almost forgot
about Vanessa, We spent time out, we talked on
phone and solved problems together.

Pearl now seemed to me like a new person.

Was it because we were now closer? even Sade thought I had a thing or two for Pearl. I smiled when Sade told me about it, I remembered how Sade first told me about Vanessa, now Pearl.

After our school test, I was walking down the
school corridor when someone held my hand and
dragged me to an almost deserted part of the
school, in fact it was deserted, apart from the
ugly looking birds that perched on the window, it
looked so real like the dream I had on sunday
night, I was so scared because this time it was
happening right before me. I could not tell who it
was that dragged me there but surely it was a
girl, as I felt her trinkets collide against each
other. This almost deserted hall, like the one in
my dream, did not look deserted to me anymore
as I began to see familiar faces from my dream,
approaching, female students I could not
recognise, slowly they came closer once more in
‘unism’, one of the girls, held my shirt like she was going to tear it apart, the way she held it in the dream, it soon dawned on me that I was still the only boy there. the other girls came real close and were about to do something weird, when someone tapped me. It was at this junction I realised that I had been sleeping and of course it was a dream, but something was weird when I woke up. Pearl had the same trinkets like the girl who held me in my dream it became even more scary when I saw 3 other girls looking at me, the classroom was empty.
Sade was among the girls,
apparently she had been waiting for me. I was
silent until I got home…
