The doctor came on time to recuse Natasha before any harm was done, the doctor has succeeded in reviving Natasha but she was place to rest, Mrs Williams was at the side of Natasha holding her hands, she wondered what she could have done if it was another story, Mr Williams was starring at this daughter, he was baffled at the mind of his daughter, that cause him to wonder why she will render take her life then say the name of the man who is responsible for her pregnancy, and also his wife and the doctor in silence, but either ways he was at rest now, at least his daughter is fine, the doctor was done with the treatment and was putting his medical equipment in his bag.

MR WILLIAMS
Hope she is fine.

DOCTOR
yes, she is out of danger, she was lucky that you people found her on time if not you could have loss her and the baby too.

MR WILLIAMS
Thank you very much.

DOCTOR
No problem, she doesn’t need any medicine for now, she just need to rest and eat, please try not to put her into stress, it’s bad for her condition.

MR WILLIAMS
We will do just that, thank you once more.
They both shake hands and the doctor left, Mrs Williams rub the forehead of Natasha, she thank God for saving her daughter’s life.

MR WILLIAMS
This your daughter is something else.

MRS WILLIAMS
You can’t blame her, she was passing through too much stress.

MR WILLIAMS
Stress, what stress, is it coming from me, since you can’t do your job very well to find out who is responsible for her pregnancy.

MRS WILLIAMS
Oh please, do we have to kill her because we want to find the father.

MR WILLIAMS
You see your life, your only daughter is pregnant for only God knows who and you are saying such from your mouth, do you really think I care about who is responsible, even if the person is a nobody I can brush him up, it not hard to do.

MRS WILLIAMS
Then give her time.

MR WILLIAMS
Time is not on our side, she is already a month gone.

MRS WILLIAMS
Ok fine, let Nath come, I believe she will tell him.

MR WILLIAMS
These your children, I don’t trust them, their ways, there is something both of them are hiding but I pray it not something that will bring disgrace to this family if not I will kill them myself.

Mrs Williams wanted to answer her when she heard Natasha groaned, she turn to see Natasha opening her eyes.

MRS WILLIAMS
(Happily)
She is awake.

Natasha opened her eyes sluggishly, every where seems to be dark but she could hear voices, she tried to opened her mouth, forcing the words out, but couldn’t, she hear a voice very close to her but couldn’t recognize it, her eyes was becoming clearer now,she saw her wardrobe, her bathroom door and then her father who was standing opposite her starring at her with a motionless face,at her right was her mother, she then knew she was in her room.

MR WILLIAMS
Hey don’t worry, you are not dead, you are very much alive because you will not die in my house.

MRS WILLIAMS
Honey, come on.

That was when she began to remembered everything that happened, how she tried to get rid of the pregnancy, she touched her belly.

MRS WILLIAMS
The child is save

Natasha immediately felt disappointed, this isn’t what she wanted.

MRS WILLIAMS
What were you thinking, you could have been dead if Nath haven’t called me on time.

NATASHA
(Surprised)
Nath called you

MRS WILLIAMS
Yes

NATASHA
That b-----d

She cause under her breath but loud enough for her parents to hear, they were both shock to hear that from her.

MR WILLIAMS
(Angry)
What just came out of your mouth.

Natasha was silent, she bit her lip lightly, she regretted saying that.

MR WILLIAMS
Where did you learn that from, so you still have the guts to say that from your mouth after what you wanted to do, no problem, I think I have been going easy on you, sleep, rest very well because tomorrow if I don’t get to see the man responsible for that pregnancy then you will be ready to leave this house, and everything that concern this family, you will leave before you bring shame to this house.

MRS WILLIAMS
You will do no such thing.

MR WILLIAMS
Really, then you will tell me who is the husband either me or you.

MRS WILLIAMS
Please don’t do this.

MR WILLIAMS
You shouldn’t be pleading with me, beg your daughter because to me I can see she is already tired of this family so we are giving her freedom.

He angrily walk out of the room, Natasha started crying at once, she knew she won’t survive with the help of her family, where will she go, she knows her father, her relatives will be afraid to take her in if it gets to that point, they were giving her a difficult decision to make.

MRS WILLIAMS
(Console her)
Don’t worry he is just angry, he doesn’t mean any if it.

Natasha wept in her hands, she try to console her daughter.

Nathaniel woke up the next morning and his eyes fell on the wall clock, it says 10:23am, he jumped out of the bed and ran to the bathroom immediately to have his bath, he have to be at home quickly, he had been worried all through the night after calling his mother, it became forever trying to get to his mother but she wasn’t picking up getting him more worried, he was going to hate himself if anything happens to his sister, Michael even came to calm him down but all didn’t work, the would tossed round the room dialing his mother or sister’s numbers but none was responding, it was at about 5:34am that a call came in from his mother telling him what happened, he was thankful to God for keeping her alive, Michael has stayed with him still he managed to fall asleep, he was glad to have Michael around, he quickly got dress, he never picked any clothes when ever he is going home because he has every thing there, he didn’t bother to wake Michael because he might be very tired, thank God it was Sunday, so he has all the time to rest, he entered his car and drove off determine to end everything with his sister that day, both need to sit down and talk if possible explain everything to his parents, it was a hard decision but it was the best for now before things gets out of hand.
