According to multiple Facebook users who shared the photos, this little 4 year old girl pictured above was allegedly battered by her father for misplacing the slippers he bought for her.

Judging from the marks, he lay her down and whipped her with horsewhip or koboko.

Where was the mother when this barbarity was being meted out this child? Gosh! If he can do this to a child for a mere slippers, I wonder what he will do if she commits bigger offence.
