The president of Ghana John Dramani Mahama, paid an unscheduled visit to the 37 Military Hospital to visit some of the victims of Thursday's gas explosion near the Trade Fair Centre.
All on admission at 37 are reportedly doing well.
At least five people died and dozens injured in the explosion at a gas filling station in Ghana's capital, Accra. The explosion had been caused by "irresponsible human error", the National Petroleum Authority, (NPA) said.
The NPA said two bolts which should have "tightened the lid" of the gas tanker were missing.
Witnesses said they heard a loud bang and saw flames billowing into the sky.
Injured persons were reported to have suffered severe burns and are currently undergoing treatment in a hospital.
