Yesterday,President Muhammadu Buhari traveled to Daura for the Eid-el-Kabir celebration. He travelled after attending the weekly meeting of the Federal Executive Council, the first time in over three months.

The President who returned to the country penultimate Saturday had cancelled the weekly meeting last Wednesday which would have been his first appearance after 104 days in London, United Kingdom on medical grounds.

Excited ministers who attended the Wednesday session gave the President a standing ovation at the commencement of the meeting.
