My best is yet to come, says Victor Moses

Nigeria international and Stoke City forward Victor Moses has promised Stokes fans that his best is yet to come as he hopes to step up his performance for the Britannia Stadium lords.

Moses who joined the Potters on loan from Chelsea is expected to lead Stoke’s forward line when they face Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premiership on Sunday.

According to him, he insists he has yet to reach his full potential after being forced to play catch-up following a summer of enforced inactivity at Chelsea.
“I still think there’s a lot to come from me because I didn’t have a pre-season really,” Moses told Stoke sentinel.

“It’s just a matter of time before I get back to my very best again.”
The former Wigan man also reveals his side’s trip to White Hart Lane is tough, but is confident Stoke have the artillery to cause an upset.

“It won’t be easy, but we will stick together as a team and I believe in the players, the manager and myself.
“We’ve got good quality players that can score goals, create goals and we’ve certainly shown that this season.
“We just need to keep the intensity in our play going by carrying it from the West Ham game into the Tottenham match.
“It’s not going to be an easy game, but the thing with the Premier League at the moment is that anyone can beat anyone else on any given day.
“The important thing for us is knowing and believing we have got enough quality in the team,” he concluded.
