First set your Apn as shown below:
APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
IP: 10.199.212.2
Port: 8080
* Then Download & Install Psiphon Handler On Your Device [Download Now!!].
* Launch psiphon and configure as shown below:
* Proxy Type: real host
* Real Host: server4.operamini.com
* Skip others and save Settings.
* Next, you will get a pop up message asking if you want to use psiphon browser only or Tunnel whole device. Choose tunnel whole device.
* On the next screen, click on the option tab.
* For region select USA, then click on more option.
* Under “proxy settings”’ check the “connect through an HTTP Proxy” box.
* Press the back button and wait for a few secs while it connects.
