Beyonce threatens litigation over ‘Feyonce’

When Etsy sellers began using her name to sell merchandise, Beyoncewas quick to call them out.

A range of mugs, shirts and other items are on sale inscribed with ‘Feyonce’ and ‘He put a ring on it’ and it looks like Beyonce wants it to stop.

It seems her threats have already worked with a number of mugs being removed from the site but there are a number of other items still for sale.

While some are arguing the merchandise could be covered under the law by ‘fair use’, it has been said no one would want to get on the bad side of the singer.
