The speaker, who urged supporters to turn out enmasse to exercise their franchise, also said they should not be scared of anybody.

He advised them also not to look for trouble at voting centres, saying victory for the APC is certain.

Tambuwal equally affirmed that Governor Wamakko remains a reliable leader and a pillar of the APC not only in the North but in Nigeria at large.

Speaking earlier, the former Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and governorship candidate of the Democratic People’s Party (DPP) Maigari Dingyadi assured that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is dead in Sokoto State.

While divulging that the PDP has been infected with Ebola virus, Dingyadi said, nobody should go closer to PDP’s corpse hence the need for cremation in matter of days.

On his part, Governor Aliyu Wamakko and Sokoto central senatorial candidate of the APC said the party will forever appreciate the support it enjoyed from the electorate both in the state and Nigeria at large.
