His father, a Kogi Chief named Elder Jacob Oguche died on the spot. Mr Jacob added that his brother, Jacob Adura Godday was also killed in the attack. Another of his brothers, named Jacob Eneku, was shot in the chest by the suspected herdsmen and is still in the hospital in critical condition.

Jacob lamented the fact that he has not been allowed to leave Lagos to see their corpse before they are buried due to the Coronavirus lockdown.

He has now shared photos and a video of their bodies after they were killed and he's calling for justice.
