Arrest and charge her killers- Solange Knowles demands justice for Breonna Taylor, a 26-year-old Black woman recently shot dead by police

Matthew Knowles reshared a tweet posted by Solange Knowles to demand justice for Breonna Taylor. He then expressed pride in his daughters for their activism.

Breonna Taylor is a 26-year-old African American woman who was fatally shot by Louisville Metro Police Department officers on March 13, 2020.

Her death did not get as much coverage as George Floyd's but Solange has taken it upon herself to ask that the officers who shot her be prosecuted.

The singer wrote:

Beyonce has also used her Instagram platform to condemm the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis officers.

Consequently, Matthew Knowles took to Instagram to express pride in his daughters for using their platforms to seek justice for the defenceless.

Sharing Solange's tweet, the proud father wrote: "Solange is less diplomatic. I'm proud of both Solange & Beyoncé and the social courage they show. Fearless when it comes to speaking out about social injustice....fearless."
