Tolulope Arotile: Atiku Reacts To Death Of Nigeria’s First Combatant Female Pilot

Former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has mourned Nigeria’s first female combatant helicopter pilot, Tolulope Arotile.

Atiku, who described Tolulope as a pace setter, said she would always be Nigeria’s number one.

Tolulope, a staff of Nigerian Air Force died in an accident in Kaduna State on Tuesday.

Reacting to her death, Atiku in a tweet wrote:

“Tolulope Arotile was an inspiration. She shattered the ceiling, and will always be our number 1.

“May she rest in the bosom of the Lord. And may the Almighty God grant the Arotile family and all her loved ones the comfort to bear this loss. -AA”
