She-Hulk Fan Art Turns Tatiana Maslany Into The Iconic Marvel Hero

More fan art imagines what Tatiana Maslany will look like as She-Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe Disney+ series. Marvel Studios announced in the summer of 2019 that Jennifer Walters aka She-Hulk was coming to the MCU. The confirmation of She-Hulk left fans wondering who will play the Marvel superhero, with early reports pointing to an Alison Brie-type being in consideration. It was recently announced that Marvel found their She-Hulk with Tatiana Maslany.

The casting of Maslany has elevated interest in She-Hulk. She is an accomplished actress who broke out on Orphan Black, a show that allowed her to showcase her incredible range, which she later received an Emmy for. Even though She-Hulk might not come out on Disney+ until 2022, fans can't help but be excited to have Maslany play Jennifer Walters in the MCU. There has already been a lot of She-Hulk fan art offering different ideas for what she'll look like, and fans have continued to channel their energy into making more.

Fan art of Tatiana Maslany as She-Hulk has flooded social media and Reddit as several artists take a shot at finding her MCU look. Now, Yadvender Singh Rana on Instagram has shared their rendition of Maslany as She-Hulk, which gives her a full body suit and shows her breaking chains. Another piece was shared on Reddit by u/ImaginitveHobbyist that shows off She-Hulk muscles in a different way. Check out both pieces below:

The look for She-Hulk is one aspect of the character that many are clearly interested in seeing which route Marvel Studios goes. It is imperative that they find a great design for She-Hulk from the start too, as Walters is regularly in her Hulk form in the comics. Marvel has done a great job in recent films to bring Mark Ruffalo's performance and look to Hulk, so it should be expected that they'll be able to do the same for Maslany's She-Hulk. As for She-Hulk's super suit, having one that covers her entire body similar to Smart Hulk's in Avengers: Endgame could be where Marvel Studios begins the character.

One aspect of She-Hulk that could make the look of her all the more important to get right is how she normally stays in her Hulk form. Unlike her cousin Bruce Banner, Jennifer doesn't routinely alternate back and forth between her human and Hulk bodies, as she retains her intelligence as She-Hulk and prefers the added confidence it gives her. With someone as talented as Tatiana Maslany, it will be interesting to see if Marvel changes She-Hulk just a bit so there is more back and forth. This would allow Maslany to get in front of the screen without needing to do performance capture and will help keep She-Hulk's budget down by not having a main character who is entirely CGI.
