Faye Rodgers-Harris, from Solihull, West Midlands, could not tone up her legs despite losing 10 stone from her 23-stone frame with the help of a gastric band .

The 40-year-old could not slash the size of her 36-inch thighs before discovering she had a condition called lipodema - which piles fat onto the legs and arms.

So she opted for a surgery after meeting a doctor and now she says she feels a lot better and more confident than she felt over the years. See photos of her new legs below.
