Hired Killers Murdered Mama Elewuju Iyaloja Of Ijebuland With Axe Because She Has Bulletproof Powers, Ayeta – Housemaid Says Politicians Sent Assassins To Her


One of the housemaids of the slain Iyaloja General of Ijebuland, Chief (Mrs) Alimot Sadiat Kareem Owogold,a.k.a. Mama Elewuju has reportedly told people what she overheard when the assassins stormed the house.


According to family sources, the housemaid said she overheard the killers accusing the woman of collecting some amount of money from some politicians and failing to share it to the people entitled to it.


The market leader was macheted to death last Wednesday evening at her residence, Government Estate, along Itanrin-Sabo road, Ijebu Ode.


Family sources who pleaded for anonymity,said the housemaid who was hiding in the kitchen, when the assassins were attacking the woman, said the assassins were arguing with her over money issue, before they macheted her to death.


The source also revealed that the killers were mentioning that they have been informed about her metaphysical powers, which made them to use an axe and a machete on her, believing that she might have bulletproof powers.


“When the killers arrived,they opened the door and demanded for those who were in the house. I was in the kitchen and dodged somewhere.


“Those people kept shouting about N35million and they were accusing Mama of collecting the money from some politicians, keeping the money to herself and lying that she had shared the money.


“They accused Mama of playing on others intelligence by embezzling the money which according to them was meant for many people.


“They said they were told that Mama has bulletproof powers and they said they will not waste their bullets, that they will kill her with cutlass and axe,which they used on her. Mama could not shout as her mouth was covered while the operation lasted”, the source revealed.


Meanwhile, the new Commissioner of Police in the State,CP Abdulmajid Ali has promised to arrest the killers within a week.


He further assured the good people of the state of adequate security of their lives and properties,sending warning signal to all bad people including kidnappers,armed robbers,hired assassins and others to desist from the state as he will dealt severely with all of them.
