**Horrible! 5 Young Men Kidnap 13-year-old Boy Then Take Turns to Have Anal S*x With Him**

A group of five strongly built Indian youths have gotten themselves in trouble with the law.

The young men allegedly kidnapped a 13-year-old boy when he was playing in the school ground and took turns to sodomize the minor.

According to the Times of India, when the boy's father later lodged a complaint at a police station, one of the accused fired at him when he refused to reach a compromise.

The incident reportedly happened on December 1. Mullanpur police on Monday evening arrested three accused for sodomizing the boy.

Police are also looking for two other accused. The boy and accused were from same village.

All the accused are in their 20s and are bodybuilders. Police officials said father of the 13-year-old boy claimed that he was playing in his school on December 1, when the accused forcibly took his son to a tube-well room and sodomized him one by one.

The boy's father told cops that later they threatened to kill his son if he revealed anything about the incident. He added that after his son told him about the incident, he lodged a complaint against the miscreants.

The complainant further alleged after the accused came to know about him lodging a complaint against them, they came to their house on Saturday evening and tried to force them for a compromise.

He added after they refused, one of the miscreants Jaggu fired at him with his revolver outside his home, but the bullet missed him and hit the shutters of his house. He informed police again.

Mullanpur police have booked the accused under Sections 377 (sodomy/unnatural s*x), 212 (harbouring offender), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 452 (house-trespass after preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint), 506 (criminal intimidation), 307 (attempt to murder), 34 (Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of IPC and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act.Station house officer (SHO), Mullanpur police station, Gurpreet Singh, confirmed that three accused have been arrested in the case and the hunt is on for the remaining accused.

Deputy superintendent of police Dhaka, Jaswinder Singh Brar said the preliminary investigation suggested that one of the accused fired at the father of the boy with a .32 bore weapon.
