I thought these only happens in Nigeria. Now these has cleared my thoughts. This incident was spotted in Kenya. When some group of soldiers were punishing some rude civilians. In the first pic you will see that the Kenyan soldier was forcing a man to do press ups in the middle of the road in Mathare slums (which happened yesterday morning). Peep at more photos below:
