Polar Rescue Trailer Sets Digital & Blu-ray Release Date for Donnie Yen Movie

Well Go USA has dropped the Polar Rescue trailer for the upcoming U.S. debut of the Chinese thriller drama, starring Ip Man vet Donnie Yen.

The video features Yen’s character as he desperately searches for his son, who goes missing during a snowstorm. The film will be available for purchase on digital and Blu-ray, starting on March 26.

What is Polar Rescue about?

“After a young boy gets lost during a bitter snowstorm, his frantic parents (Donnie Yen, Cecilia Han) seek help from the local police, who are soon faced with a desperate race against the clock as hours tick by with no sign of the child,” reads the synopsis.

Polar Rescue is co-directed by Yen and Lo Chi Leung.
