Desiigner‘s “Panda” is officially the No. 1 song in the country according to Billboard and the freestyles continue to churn out as Fabolous adds his take to the infectious instrumental from Menace.

Always keeping up with current events, Fab drops plenty of basketball-related bars, including one that brings up Lakers guard D’Angelo Russell’s Snapchat saga from March.

“You aint fam I don’t trust ya, niggas’ll jam up your hustle / Your own man wanna crush you, that’s a D’Angelo Russell,” raps the Brooklyn native.

The Ghetto Fabolous MC also spit clever lines related to the teams in the 2016 NBA Playoffs.

“It’s playoff time for the d-boys, I get love like the Cavs, nigga / I went Indy on the rap tour / OKC do the math, nigga / Talkin’ Grizzly like I’m a Spur / In the Maybach Ima skrt / Talkin’ Hawks ’cause we really Celtic / Talkin’ birds cause we really dealt ’em/Got the Rockets for the Warriors.”

Based on the track’s cover art, this freestyle might land on the upcoming collaborative Freddy vs. Jason project from Fab and Jadakiss. During an interview with Bootleg Kev, Ghetto Fab said that the two have an official mixtape in the works.

“Oh yeah man, me and Jada… he just came to my party out at CIAA in Charlotte and we was talking about doing a couple things and one was to do a mixtape,” Fabolous said. “I wanna do a mixtape, but we’re gonna go through iTunes too.”

The mixtape looks like it could be a collection of freestyles from the two over other people’s beats. Since the interview, the New York natives dropped verses over “ Wicked” and “ Right Now.”
