It features additional vocals from R&B singer Usher and rapper Loon.

Mario Winans and Diddy produced the song, and it was released as a CD promo on February 26, 2002.

Being largely successful, it peaked at Number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 (behind Ashanti‘s Foolish) whilst topping the Billboard Hot Rap Tracks. It also reached Number 4 on the UK Singles Chart.

Tidbit: Billboard ranked this song at Number 15 on its 2002 year end charts. Diddy achieved a rare occurrence by having two parts of a song become chart hits –with this song and I Need a Girl (Part Two).
