Lean Back is a gangsta rap hip hop song by American hip hop group Terror Squad, from their second and final studio album True Story. It features label mates Fat Joe and Remy Ma, who co-wrote the song with its producer Scott Storch.

The track was released as the second single from the album on June 8, 2004 and topped the US Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks while ruling the R&B charts and Hot Rap Songs chart for more than a month.

Lean Back appeared in the video games Need For Speed Underground 2, Def Jam Rapstar and The Hip Hop Dance Experience and has been certified gold in the US.
