Jason Derulo - Whatcha Say

Whatcha Say is an R&B pop song and debut single by American singer Jason Derulo, from his 2009 self-titled debut album. It was written by Derulo, Leff Row, Sean Kingston, J-Lex, Achraf Baachaoui and J. R. Rotem (who also produced the song alongside Fuego).

The single was officially released as the album’s lead single on August 4, 2009 and eventually reached the top of the US Billboard Hot 100, Billboard Mainstream Top 40 and Billboard Rhythmic chart. It also topped the chart in New Zealand.

Whatcha Say samples and interpolates Imogen Heap’s song Hide and Seek and has been certified 4x platinum in the US and Australia, and 2x platinum in New Zealand and Canada.
