Forget You or FU is the clean version of the soul-pop funk song fu-Ck You (also fu-Ck You! or F**k You!) by American recording artist CeeLo Green, from his 2010 third (3rd) studio album The Lady Killer.
It was written by CeeLo Green, The Smeezingtons and Brody Brown; and produced by The Smeezingtons.
The very commercial successful single was released as the first single from the album on August 19, 2010, and met generally positive reviews from contemporary critics.
It peaked at the number-two spot on the US Billboard Hot 100, while topping the UK Singles chart and charts in Scotland, and entering top-five in nine (9) other countries as well.
In 2011, fu-Ck You / Forget You won the Grammy for Best Urban/Alternative Performance at the 53rd Grammy Awards.
