The Nigerian music duo, Psquare dropped the visuals to their monster hit single ‘Personally’ in June 2013. They hinted then that song was a tribute to the king of pop, Michael Jackson. Upon its release, the song received positive reviews from many people who were addicted to its catchy beats and lyrical rhyme schemes.


The video, directed by Jude Engees and Clearance Peters, was uploaded on Vevo on June 21, 2013. In April, 2015, the video hit the 40 million
YouTube mark, making it the first Nigerian music video to achieve the feat.


Just few hours ago, Paul Okoye took to his IG page to share the news of the Video’s latest views, which is an added 10 million views,
making it a total of 50 million views on Youtube.

Meanwhile, many of us didn’t know the reason behind Chinedu Ikedieze’s absence in the visuals of‘Personally.’The initial plans was for the video to feature cameo appearances from the two Nollywood comic duo, Osita Iheme and Chinedu Ikedieze, known widely as Aki and Paw Paw. Unfortunately, Chinedu lost his father during that period and Osita had to pair with Peter’s son Cameron for the shoot.
