My Best Friend’s Brother (bff) Season 1

On august 12, 2012 I left to port-Harcourt, Already
called my bestie (Pamela) they were expecting me,
but it turn out
that her brother (Jeffrey) was coming back that day, cause he
was staying in in the United States. So I guess it was a busy day
for them.
Even when I was calling my bestie, she was not picking up, I just gave up.

I was in the bus. My mood wasn’t good, I was
angry, sad, depressed.
There was a guy sitting beside me, he
was actually looking at me for a while, I could tell.
I just look at him and gave a smile on my face as a nice citizen I am When
we Got off the bus, he Asked For my Number,
I Gave It to him Without Hesitating And I Felt It Was an Opportunity to Start Dating Since I Broke up with josh and he was cute and all
That poo my age Mate too After Exchanging Numbers,
it turn Out he added me on Whatsapp instantly,
I got a notification that moment.
Lol I didn’t say anything I just told him, bye.
His name was paul.
I got my phone again to call my bestie, her
number wasn’t even going, I got mad and sat on a chair near the canteen.
In mind, I was like, look at the time, her number is not even going through, I don’t know anybody here.
What am going to do?
I sighed. Still scrolling up and down with my phone.

Immediately it started ringing it was my bestie.

Bestie: hey! Where are you?
Me: I’m over here.
Bestie: over where? This mad girl
Me:laughs um where exactly are you?
Bestie: beside the road, near that blue big sign, come out
Me: ok, I’m coming (stood up, started going towards the road
Jen! Jenny! Over here, it was pamela.
Bestie: omg! You’re look different in a good way haha (hugged me
Me: you too, you’re so tall I greeted her mum, she was in the car, so she came out and gave
me a hug too and asked me how my mum was doing, I said, um
she’s fine.
She told me she heard about my dad’s death, that she’s sorry about that. I said it’s nothing I’m over it.

Then my friend was like sorry we came late to pick you up, my brother and everything,
I replied, it’s nothing I’m just happy to see you and can’t wait to spend time with you,
it’s been long. She said,
“five years damn!I know bae ” we all started laughing.
Her drove away, when we got to their place they helped me got my luggage out of the car, we went inside.
It was a big huge house, I must say.
And well furnished. Pamela, take her to her room, she said.

Pamela replied, I want her to stay in my room.

Mum: why?! When we have many rooms in this house
Pamela: eh! I know, but she’s my best friend, so she’s sleeping with me.
I now said, pamela um I would love to stay in a different room, if you don’t mind. Pamela gave me this look like what da heck?!
Her mum now said, take her to the room downstairs there’s no time.
She now left and told me when I’m done, pamela will give me something to eat that she’s going upstairs to sleep, that she’s tired this and that.
I said ok o, thanks ma’am Pamela was
not really happy, I noticed.
So I told her, look hey! Don’t be mad,
I’m going through a lot, I just wanna stay on my own for some time. She replied “whatever you say”
Then suddenly someone was coming through the passage, we turn around (it was Jeffrey)
pamela’s brother. Jeff, you remember Jennifer, right? He looked at me and was still looking at me, I was looking at him too with
my chins up innocently.

Jeff! Jeff! Pamela called out, are you
lost or something? You remember her?
Jeff replied, um not really.

Still looking at me. Pamela now said, my best friend now in primary school, she always come to our house during the weekend to sleep over, do you even remember her brother
Austin, your friend too?
He replied, look girl! I don’t remember all
these people you are talking about I got a lot going on in my mind, well anyways it’s so nice to meet you.
He came closer and brought out his hand,
I brought out mine too. I felt his pinkie
finger giving me a sign on my palm, kinda like he tickled me,
I just let go of hand from his and smiled.
I and pamela went off to my room, I turn around I notice he was still looking at me, I just
gave a smile as usual.

I kept walking, following pamela, I didn’t
look back to know whether he was looking at me. We got into my room, pamela helped me unpacked some stuff and hanged some
clothes to the wardrobe and she asked me if I had what she said I bring for her, I said yes and gave it to her.
It was condoms actually, I don’t know what she wants it for or what she is using it for.
I asked her though and she said oh! It’s not for me with this big grin on her face.
As for me am not the type that likes asking too much questions, I just believed her immediately,
she left with the condoms.

Actually I had 3 with me in case I get
lucky.
Because I was so tired I just had a quick shower, ate the rice and beans they gave me, went through my phone,
said a little prayer and went to bed.
The next morning I woke up so early, I couldn’t believe I would wake up by that time, was so hungry went to the kitchen, guess
who I saw?! Jeffrey. He was actually eating. I just said hi, and was about to leave to check if pamela was up so she could help me out with breakfast. He then said “hey, you is up so early?
I said yes, I’m even surprised myself.
He now said, you are all so grown.
I gave him this suprise look and said, “yes, I guess so”.
Smiling so hard. He asked me if I was hungry, I said yes really hungry, he helped me out with breakfast.

We were sitting together on the dinner table eating, he was asking me questions and I was answering them.
Basically about me, what am doing?

What school am I in?
And I said I just wrote waec this year and I
didn’t write jamb this year. He said ok, cool.
Then their mum came out all dressed I guess she was off to work! I greeted her,
she replied and I asked me how I was doing,
I said fine.
She said ok. That she was off to work, that we should be expecting her in the evening, she just went into the kitchen, and collected two
slices of bread with her coffee on her bottle and left.

Pamela came in, with her hair all scattered like a pretty witch.

Hey Hey beautiful people, I gave her brother a peck and me too.

Jeff now said, “gosh, why are your b0s0ms small?!” I just laughed.

In my mind, I was like seriously is this guy crazy! She just let out haha, her face all mud up.
Still jeff was still asking her, she just
smacked him on the head. After breakfast, we all freshened up.

I was outside with my phone, I mean am always on the phone,
I might be chatting or or listening to music. Immediately jeff came out he was wearing only shorts, and had a comb on his hair.

Hey, beautiful, what are you doing here alone?
I replied nothing, just looking around.
He now came closer to me and said, do you
mind if I look with you? And let out this grin.

His white open teeth melted me away and his carved eye eyebrows and brown eyes.
I replied, um this is your house, what’s there to look at?

He said everything! Your face alone, his eyes went down to my b0s0ms.

In my mind, I was like is he trying to say my b0s0ms are small too, when I know it is not and I wouldn’t say it’s that big.
I cleared my throat and l look at him, and said to him.

“What are you trying to do here?
He said nothing.

He asked me if I had a boyfriend, I said no. He said good.

I smiled, I didn’t even say anything.
He left, I overheard him say, damn! That a-ss,
I just laughed
