After the trial of my phone,i tried it once again but it wasn’t bringing sign of life

•••••••••••••••• the knock sound again,“who could it be” i ask my self, i took up some courage and i ask again “who is there”!!! then a soft cool female voice sound “am the one janet from school.

ME: oh janet ( standing up and opening the door )

JANET: wow you’ve got a nice room,but why did you feel reluctant to open the door?

ME: you know you scared me, i was asking but u ain’t answering

JANET: oh am sorry about that ……i just wanna give a suprise or should i go back ?( moving backward )

ME: no o u are welcome

JANET: ( already seated ) but why are you scared,did you have grudges with anyone or owing someone something

ME: no

•••••••••••• it unusaul to hear someone knocking with no quick respond ••••••••• am just a little scared••••••••• so what should i offer u

JANET: am ok ( loking around my room ) where are your friends?

Me: they’re not aroundJanet: well,did you know anything or connection about the killing in the school? because i was told that you and your friends was interrogate about the killing in theschool

Me: yes is just a minor thing we’re not guilty so we’ve been released

Janet: please try not to talk about the killing in the school again,

Me: Why??

Janet: please you have to believe me if you continue your life might be in danger,

Me: I will try my bestJanet: please doMe and janet have a little gist on relevant stuff like things going on in the country…..enviroment…..school it was now arround 3pm in the afternoon she must have spent up to one hour in my place,though the conversation was getting

I came back and subsided on my bed

••••••••• time checking 3: 30pm feeling somehow sleepy was about to close my eyes finaly before another knock obstructed me from the door,“oh my God who’s there again”!! i ask grumbling,i went straight to the door and without realising who it might be knocking

••••••••°°i open the door and i was shocked with the person standing there…..To my suprise it was detective matins standing right infront of my room,“hope all is well now”i said inside my mind••••••••• i was deeply lost in thought without realising my my visitor is staying long….and his word bring me back

D MATINS: can i come in?

ME: oh y.. ye.. yes you can ( starmering )

D MATINS: ( he went in behind me and sat down on thechair ) always with a faint smile one side and seriousness at the other side …..one couldn’t figured out what could be going on in his mind so i ask

ME: hope all is well Sir?

D MATINS: yes.. yes all is well •••••••• just wanna get a little info from u,so don’t be afaid

ME: ok sir

D MATINS: sorry to ask……..are you into a relationship with the school president daughter, because i can see she spent up to one hour here

ME: ( in thought•••••••••• how did he know all of that ) noo we were just friends that all

D MATINS: ( he sigh a little bit ) have been around for like past half an hour,besides i know when she comes in

ME: ooooook

D MATINS: and don’t be suprise am a detective and always vigilant in whatever i do

D MATINS: that aside•••••••••••••• let me get to the point…the reason am here,you know in first place i shoud have taken you and your friends to the station for further investigation,because you guys are our major suspect,i just don’t know why my instinct was telling me not••••••••• you know i do always courteous of my thought and thinking in my job,and always follow whatever my heart says

ME: hmmmmmmm ok

D MATINS: the main reason am here is……i have just 48hrs to prove the culprit behind the killing in the school or probably the man in black,( pausing for a while noticing my mood in mentioning of the black man ) i will need your support in getting him

they came in and greet the detective

DMATINS: ( standing up ) i will be leaving now ( he dipp his hand in his pocket and bring out a envelope and drop it on the table ) in there is my number call me whenever you have a good info,and make it fast remember i have 42 hrs left( he walk and open the door he was about to step outside he look back and said to me ) be carefull and left meanwhile folu and eze did not wast time to ask what happen during their absent
