before I could quickly dress up,my mum couldn’t wait for me so she dropped my breakfast on the table together with my money for lunch then she left with frustration, I knew it was my fault I woke up late because of the fun I had last night with my friends at Sean’s house..
I ran out of my room to rush on the noodles my mum prepared for breakfast, I glanced at the wall clock (7:55am),gosh today’s first paper is English and am super late,out of nervousness I couldn’t finish the noodles so I just dropped them in the kitchen sink and took my medicines..
a knock came on the door immediately,I rushed to open it and saw Adams with a swollen eye bag like somebody that didn’t have enough sleep at night..

Chioma:I thought you’re already in school..

Adams: I woke up late..

Chioma:what we’re you doing late at night?..

Adams: enough with the questions, hurry up let go, we’re late already.

I went back inside,picked my stuff before joining Adams as he waited for me patiently..

Adams:hope you slept well?(as he handed me the helmet)..

Chioma: yes I did but I woke up late..

by the time we arrived at school,exam had started, I quickly handed the helmet to Adams and ran into the school,I greeted the security man before running up the stairs,I drop my bag outside before entering the class…

Adams POV

I don’t really know much about corper tayo but all I know that she’s a teacher students love because of her beauty and her kind heart,even tho she looks innocent on the outside I suspect there’s a skeleton she’s hiding in her cupboard..
well she finally resumed school today after few days break that was given to her which I don’t really know about,am not a guy that pay attention to any aproko in school, all I do in a school is pay attention in class and practice with my guitar during break..

corper tayo was the invigilator for our class today,but I felt uneasy the way she kept looking at me this morning in class,after the exam now time for break..

corper tayo:Adams pls can you help me carry some of this papers to my office?

I helped her in carrying the exam scripts as we walked into her office together, I dropped it on her table and turn to leave…

Corper tayo:ehm Adams pls wait, sit down I have something I need to tell you..

Adams: okay make it snappy ma’am because I have to join my friends in the cafeteria..(as I sat down)

I entered the cafeteria and saw Chioma and mj eating..

mj:Adams have you seen sean (as I dropped my plate on the table)..

Adams: have you forgotten that sean doesn’t eat in the cafeteria, he stays in the lab.

Chioma:what does he do in the lab anyways?

Adams: that his spot just like the music room is my spot,uhm by the way while I was on my way here, I saw him and he told me to tell mj to come see him at the lab.

Adams: yes am sure,hurry up..

mj:Chioma see you in class(as she stood up and left)..

Chioma:Adams are you really sure you saw sean?(she looked at me suspiciously)..

Adams: well….actually I never saw him,I let her go so that we can be alone together..

Chioma:mj will kill you if she finds out that you tricked her..,less I forget my phone battery is dead so I need the charger of the phone you gave me..

Adams: oh am sorry I forgot, why don’t you come to my house after school to collect it..

Chioma:your house?, why don’t I collect it when we meet at the academy?

Adams: that fine, but that doesn’t mean you won’t come to my house this evening, my sister and parents would be happy to see you,or are you shy?

Sean: pls tell her am not here(as he grabbed his bag and hide under the lab table)

mj:what are you talking about sean?,I turned back and saw a chubby light skinned girl entered the lab..

hello,did you see any guy here?(she asked)..
