It was already daybreak when I set my shangoic foot outside the main building of the Richton hotel with my suitcase firmly in my hands.

I was met with the familiar stares of ‘Shey you don see your life?’ on the faces of the guests outside.

I dialed Shango’s number in my mind, requesting for an AK-47 thunder to come and strike the eyes of those fools, but I was met with a reply of ‘NOT AVAILABLE.’

I was very annoyed and sent a ‘Gawd punish ur girlfriend’ to his voicemail.

Once again, Shango don fvck up.

I was getting more tired with each step I took forward on the tarred road.

Despite the isrealite trekking, I can’t help but wonder how I got into this complicated predicament.

The lightskinned lady, The drugging, the dragging, The picture, the…the…the..note… Yes! the note.

I stopped beside a newspaper stand. There were people arguing about how the chelsea match was an Ojoro one, how Eden Hazard’s equalizer should have been ruled out for offside and bla…bla.. I just hissed and stood beside the road. I reached into my pockets and brought out the paper. It was already wet, but when I looked closely, I was still able to see the traces of the number.

I reached for my phone and was about to dial the number, when I saw the face that brought me into this mess, passed by in a blue SLK mercedeez benz with another woman driving it.

I greethed my teeth in anger. I can’t miss this opportunity for anything in the world. I had to follow her to wherever she’s going.

I was still contemplating on how to follow her when I saw a commercial bike heading in the same direction. I waved him down.

Forgetting that I had no money on me, I jumped on the bike with the suitcase. I tucked the phone in my pockets and ordered the bikeman to follow the blue benz.

He complied without negotiation, maybe he was confident with the suitcase in my hand, I don’t know.

The road was a bit curvey at some ends, but also straight at some. I made sure I never let the car out of my sight and at the same time, also making my tracking very descreet to the woman driving the car.

The car took a turn to a crowded area, and turned left, made a turn to another street and went straight ahead.

Finally, It stopped at the front of a bungalow close to the main road.

I asked the bike man to stop at a place not too far from the car. I watched from afar as the lightskinned b*tch dropped off and entered the house and the car zoomed off.

I alighted and I was about to head towards the bungalow when the bike man pulled me back.

“oga, where my money na?” he asked.

“erm…erm… Money? How much?”.

“na 3k”. He answered.

“wetin? na corpse you carry?” I asked.

“oga pay my money o.”
“I no get money for here o. But I swear, I go come meet you for your tarmak.” I replied pleadingly.

“wetin? Abeg no try that sh!t with me. You wan go use my money go fvck your olosho, na thunder go fire you.” He cursed angrily.

Only if he knew how many times have requested for thunder without getting any, he would have change his line of curse.

“guy, take am easy na, me and you na padi na, make we no fight each….”

Before I could continue, he pushed me forcefully to the ground and disconnected the case from my hand. He mounted his bike and sped off.
Then my phone rang. Happy that I still got that, I brought it out and checked the caller I.d.
“Hello Joke, please am very very busy right now, I will call you later. I promise. Bye.” I ended the call without giving her a chance to speak. I put the phone in silent mode, and inserted it back into my pockets.

I began to walk towards the house, I got to the door and knocked on the door.

“who is that?”
She asked from inside.

I hurriedly think of what to say and decided to use a fake name. I changed my voice and answered.

“Its me Hadampson.”
I heared her footsteps coming towards the door. I heared the door knob click and it opened.
“Hadampson? Wha….”. She gasped in utter biwilderment as she set her eyes on me. She made to shut the door but I already had a foot inside.

“did my face ring a bell? Huh?” I stepped inside fully and she jerked backwards into the sitting room. “this face was the most happiest face in the world as at yesterday night.” I said angrily pointing to my face.

“Please..plea..se don’t..don’t…kill…me..” She stammered. I moved closer to her and raised her head up, making her to see my reddened eye balls.

“oh you can’t find your voice right?” I scoffled. “I know how it feels, because I felt exactly the same way….twice…First was when, you stvpid daughter of the devil was rap*ing my drugged brains out yesterday and secondly was when I was confronted with the absurd pictures you gave Beatrice.” I dropped her head and moved back a bit with frustration and anger weilling up inside me while I turned my back at her.
“Pls..Let me talk..” She said shakingly.

“yes you better start talking or else…one of us is going to die now!!” I declared with clenched fist.
