Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 10

(After some minutes)

(Cross enters brought in by two guards)

Cross: My lord you sent for me?

King Morghdad: What do you know about the war?.

Cross: What war my lord?

Sarah: Don’t you dare pretend Cross. You are in front of the king.

Cross: I don’t know what you are saying my lady.

King Morghdad: Mike is your friend yes or no?

Cross: Yes, my very good friend.

King Morghdad: What caused his accident?

Cross: I don’t know…

King Morghdad: Don’t say you don’t know! War is coming Cross! War! Malikos is coming to squeeze us. We need you to tell me the truth right now. Mike knows about this war. And if he knows about it then you will know for sure. We need to know their plans strategies and when they will attack!. Just speak the truth now!.

Cross: I think we should be preparing for the war my lord. Instead of wasting precious time here.

Queen Rosalyn: How dare you say we are wasting our time! Do you know what a war is?

Peter: I think the kid is right. We should start planning our strategies now. Instead of investigating what won’t help matters.

King Morghdad: Shut up! I am dissapointed Peter. If we know all what Mane is trying to do through those who knows it.

That’s the best way to plan a strategy against them.

Cross: When we don’t know what you are talking about? The time is wasted my lord.

(Guard rushes in)

Guard: The kid in the clinic is awake my lord.

Peter: That is my brother. (Runs out immediately)

King Morghdad: Okay. Let’s all go to see him.

(Everyone leaves the palace and heads to the clinic)

(Peter ran out of the clinic on hearing this news and left everyone behind.)

Ethan: Peter I need to see you real quick.

Peter: Let me see my brother first.

Ethan: Just a minute.

Peter: No, I will see you after talking to my brother please. Get off my way.

(Peter enters the clinic)

Peter: Oh, brother! How is your health now?

Mike: Who are you?

Peter: What kind of question is that? I am your brother Peter. Its me. Mike! Mike!

Mike: I am sorry I don’t know you. Where is this place?

Ethan: That is what I wanted to tell you before you came in. I am sorry your brother lost his memory.

(King Morghdad Queen Rosalyn Sarah and Cross all walks in)

Peter: Lost his what?

Queen Rosalyn: Whose stuff got lost here. What is happening?

Ethan: Oh, the royal family. I am honoured to have you in my clinic. Hope all is well my lord.

Sarah: What is lost?

Ethan: I was just trying to explain to Mr Peter here that his brother is suffering from Amnesia.

King Morghdad: Meaning what?

Physician: Temporary Memory loss.

Sarah: No!!! No!! No!!!. That can’t be.

King Morghdad: You have to do something Ethan. We have crucial questions for this kid. Very crucial ones.

Ethan: There is nothing we can do at the moment the only help we can render now is to make him gain his memory faster. Except we get the portion enchanted with magic. And we don’t have it here in Wallnock. There is only one place you could get it

Sarah: And that is?

Ethan: Malikos.

Peter: Pathetic!

Cross: How many months will it take hin to recover?

Physician: Anytime from no I can’t really say.

Peter: Mike, you have to remember me. I am your brother. You hit your head hard and became unconscious someone did this to you. Just tell me who did it. You have to remember Mike.

Mike: Who are they? I don’t know any of you. The lady is beautiful.

Sarah: Oh no! (Angrily leaves the clinic)

Cross: Mike its me your roommate. Your best friend Cross.

Mike: What kind of person bears Cross. Just leave me strangers. I need to rest. I don’t know you guys.

(Everyone leaves the room)

(Tom was already waiting for everyone at the palace)

Tom: Dad, oh thank God you are back…

(King Morghdad slaps him hard)

King Morghdad: You won’t be reasonable just for a moment. You town is under threats of war. And all you need to do is waste your miserable life at the tavern?

Tom: I am sorry dad.

King Morghdad: Your sister was here all through. She had been helpful. I think I will rethink before handing you the crown Sarah deserves it more.

Tom: Then give it to her! You love her most. You care for her more than me. Why do you think I go to the tavern wasted and no one notices. It’s because you made me irrelevant in your palace. You can make a woman king. For all I care dad! (Walks out of the palace)

King Morghdad: Peter, gather your men and go for the war. We will support you with sorcery in the palace. When you are ready to leave come here for blessings.

Peter: Yes! My lord!.

(Peter goes back to Cross)

Peter: What do you think have happened to Mike. He lost his memory. That’s the worst thing that would ever happen to me. My brother not recognising me.

Cross: I feel so sad with this. But don’t let it weigh you down you have a war to lead. Stand like a warrior and get ready for war.

Peter: So even if i die on the battle field my brother won’t know who died

Cross: You won’t die Peter.

Peter: Its a death wish. Its like 600 against 6000 Mane and his men are more powerful technical and more in number than us. It’s a suicide mission Cross. Armanda was our only way of surviving. Now Armanda is gone. Whoever set Armanda free is the culprit behind our misfortune.

Cross: I will like to go with you.

Peter: Just stay here and take care of my brother. Don’t go to the battle field. You are going to die. You can’t even handle a sword.

Cross: I will learn.

(Sarah goes to the clinic alone to see Mike at night)

Sarah: Mike. What did you see last night? When you and Cross went to Malikos dead in the night. Tell me.

Mike: I don’t know what you are talking about. All I know is you are beautiful.

Sarah: Mike, you have to remember. Try hard and remember.

(Cross enters)

Cross: I thought you are aware that this kid lost his memory. So why are you still on his neck my lady.

Sarah: What did you guys see last night?

Cross: See? What are you talking about?.

Sarah: You followed me! I don’t know how you did it. But I knew you guys followed me!

Cross: To where my lady. I am not understanding.

Sarah: I know you are good at pretending. But you can only decieve yourself. Just a little more time I will find out who you really are. And take you down. For now you are still useful.

(Sarah gets out of the clinic)

Mike: You made my beautiful damsel leave angrily. Who are you?

Cross: I am Cross. Your best friend. Before you lost your memory.

Mike: I loved her staying around. And I am already hating you for destroying the fun.

Cross: You have to regain your memory Mike. I can’t do this alone.

(The next day)

(Peter gathers his men and they start practising hard for war.)

Brock: Mike, how are you feeling now?

Mike: My head aches Brock.

Brock: You know my name? Somebody get me Peter! (Shouts)

(Peter rushes in)

Peter: Oh brother, how is your body?

Mike: Where is Cross?

Peter: You remember Cross? He did this to you?

Mike: What do you mean? He did what to me? I already know you guys name since yesterday. Ethan told me stories last night. A lot of them.. I wish I remembered those memories.

Peter: Oh my God. I have to go now Mike. I am really busy.

Mike: Okay Peter. Do me a favour.

Peter: What is it?

Mike: I want to see the lady.(Winkles)

Brock: Which lady Mike.?

Mike: My lady.

Peter: My lady.. Oh, Sarah. Her name is Sarah she is the princess of this whole town.

Mike: Wow, I think i like her.

Brock: You have a death wish then.

Peter: Have rest, I am really busy outside. We have to prepare for something very big.

Mike: Something very big?

Peter: You will know when the time comes.

(Cross enters)

Cross: Mike, you are awake.

Mike: I am okay.

Cross: There is a problem.

Mike: What?

Cross: Yes, and this time it’d be a much bigger one. A town is waging war against us.. A neighbouring town and we have to fight them. But we lack soldiers I mean Knights. The town will crumble in a few days.

Mike: How is that possible. You guys don’t have people to fight?

Cross: Yes, the town we want to fight are much more stronger than us.

Mike: Are you a Knight?

Cross: No I don’t think so.

Mike: Then you become one instantly. I also want to fight too. I can’t just sit here watch everyone die. Especially my lady.

(Cross and Mike had an idea and they both decided to meet Peter the next day)

(The next morning)

Peter: (Looking frustrated) We have a problem.

King Morghdad: What is the problem?

Peter: Half of the knights have fled the town. As it stands now we are not up to half our normal army size.

Queen Rosalyn: That’s a very big problem.
