We start the episode with Pallavi hearing the Nurse telling Receptionist about Ranbir. The Nurse tells Receptionist that his condition was serious and just as she held was serious and just as his wife held his hand, he got fine. The Receptionist tells that Prachi really loves Ranbir, when she brought him here, she was fighting with everyone to admit her husband, and then she argued with doctor, and then requested him. She says Doctor agreed to admit him seeing her tears else doctor never takes the gun shot case without informing Police. Nurse says if she wouldn’t have argued, then it would be too late and he couldn’t have been saved. Pallavi walks away from there. Prachi is standing outside the OT. Doctor comes out and asks her to let them do the treatment.

Nurse asks Doctor to think what she said inside. Doctor asks Prachi to come inside and tells Senior doctor that when she held his hand, his heart beat normalizes. Senior doctor asks have you lost it, being a doctor how can you say that. Nurse asks him to see it himself and says even they were not believing him. Prachi holds Ranbir’s hand and says baklu, you are making everyone worried. She asks him to become fine. Doctor asks her to go and wait outside, and pray. Prachi goes out. Nurse comes out and tells Shahana that doctor asked Prachi to say, as his heart beat is not stablized. Pallavi hears and goes to pray.

Aaliya tells Vikram that everything is happening due to Prachi. Shahana says she will go to temple. Rhea makes Shahana falls down intentionally. Shahana gets up and asks if she is cheap always. She asks her to find permanent solution for her. They come near Prachi and hear her asking God to please save Ranbir. Aaliya asks her to stop the drama and says he must be shot due to you. She says if you have called us, then we wouldn’t have let Ranbir in this situation. Prachi says when he was shot,

he was about to faint, I was talking to him continuously to keep him in his senses. She says I couldn’t think anything and called you after reaching hospital. Pallavi gets emotional and hugs Prachi. Aaliya and Rhea are shocked. Aaliya says Ranbir is in danger because of her. Pallavi says I don’t know what had happened there, but I know what happened here. She says I heard Nurse saying that due to Prachi’s argument, doctor started treatment without paper work.

Pallavi asks Doctor how is Ranbir? Doctor asks her not to insist to take him home. Pallavi says we will not, but how is he? Ranbir asks Nurse to call his wife. Rhea is about to go inside. Doctor says only his wife Prachi can go. Rhea says I am his wife, Rhea Ranbir Kohli. Sid goes to call Prachi. Nurse says Prachi was his wife, as his heart beat normalized because of her. Rhea tells Doctor that Prachi is going to marry sid and today was her sangeet. The Nurse says I will ask the patient about his wife, he will tell. She goes inside.

Nurse asking Ranbir what is your wife’s name? Ranbir says Prachi. The Nurse says one is claiming to be your wife and other one is creating drama. Ranbir says Rhea. The Nurse says yes. He says my wife is only Prachi and she is my wife even if anyone regards or not. The Nurse says I will believe and tells that I have seen wife’s love for her husband, you got fine because of her. She says such relation can be of wife only and says your heart beat was not normal, and when she held your hand, your heart beat was stablized. Ranbir says I had told her this. He asks her to call Prachi and thanks her. Sid comes to Prachi and asks her not to tell anyone about Mihika to anyone. He says Aaliya and Rhea can do anything with Mihika, and he can’t risk her life. He says if Ranbir asks, then also makes some excuse. Prachi says I understand and asks him not to worry. Sid says Ranbir is safe now, but Mihika is still in danger. The nurse comes out and tells that Patient wants to meet Prachi. Rhea gets angry and cries. Pallavi says don’t cry Rhea, and says everyone knows that he likes Prachi. Aaliya thinks Rhea is her copy and will never cry. Just then she sees her crying. Prachi comes there. Vikram says Ranbir wants to meet you. Prachi looks at Pallavi. Dida says you don’t need anyone’s permission, Ranbir himself is calling you. Pallavi signs Prachi to go inside. Prachi goes inside and sees Ranbir. Rhea goes from there upset. He forwards his hand towards her. Prachi walks to him, holds and kisses his hand. She sits on the bed. Ranbir holds her face. Prachi cries and kisses on his forehead. The song continues to play.

Rhea runs and collides with the wheelchair on which patient is sitting. Wardboy asks her to give him side to take the patient. Rhea shouts at him and says to hell with your patient. Aaliya apologizes to him and says her husband is admitted in hospital and that’s why she is worried. Rhea asks why you are apologizing to him. Aaliya says this is hospital and first priority is given to the patient. Rhea asks really, I didn’t know that this is hospital, I am dumbo and mad. The lady standing there says she is strange and senseless. Aaliya says yes, she is senseless and asks her to go and says she will handle her. Rhea asks if this is making any sense. He says I prayed to God to make me unconscious to get saved from Prachi’s scoldings. Doctor comes there and asks Ranbir how is he? Ranbir says fine due to you. Doctor asks them to bring the medicine. Prachi says she will bring. Ranbir says miser, you don’t want to be with me. doctor goes. Pallavi says if you had not gone to the car park, then wouldn’t have shot by the gang. Prachi sees Rhea coming from other side and recalls her claim. Rhea sees Prachi and recalls her words. Prachi asks her to think that she has left her this time, but can’t be great next time. Rhea says I should have done something to rectify your mind and eye sight. Prachi says my eye sight is good and tells about foolish cat who closes eyes while drinking milk. Doctor says you have seen him fine and asks them to go to waiting room. Pallavi says take care of Ranbir, you have saved my son and I can’t thank you enough for that. Doctor asks her to thank Prachi.

He says whatever she did today, I have never seen it before and if I have heard then didn’t believe it. Ranbir turns his face and asks what is your problem? Prachi asks why did you turn your face? She says come home, then I will show. Doctor asks if they are newly married and says arguments happens. Ranbir says this happens with us. Pallavi thinks she always thought her wrong and thinks Rhea was mad to meet him, and when she could meet him, don’t know where she went. Doctor asks Prachi to go outside. Pallavi comes inside and asks him to let her be here. She says Ranbir will be safe if Prachi stays with him. Doctor says Nurses are there to take care of him. Pallavi says Nurses have many patients, but Prachi has just one. Doctor says true, Ranbir will have Prachi’s love with him. Pallavi thinks very soon Prachi will marry Sid. She asks Prachi to be with Ranbir, until he gets fine and says when he gets fine then she will say that he is fine because of her.

Pallavi comes out. Vikram says I love you and can’t live without you. He says I used to say this always, but today he wants to say that he is proud of her. Pallavi says I don’t understand? Vikram says when you do something with someone and it is feel good feeling. Pallavi says I don’t know what you are saying? Vikram says I know when someone praises you, then you get uncomfortable. Ranbir asks Prachi what magic she has done on Mummy. Prachi says she doesn’t know magic. Ranbir says when I was shot, was you scared. He says I like to see your concerned for me. He asks what you was doing there with Sid. She recalls Sid’s words. Ranbir asks her to answer. Prachi says you are in hospital, after getting discharged, get freshen up and says your hair is like Kroor Singh. He asks her not to fool him like kids. Prachi says she can’t answer. Ranbir asks her not to stand there and leave. She says Mummy asked me to take care of you. Ranbir asks her to leave and says he will call Nurse. Prachi says I am your wife and nobody will take care of you like me. Nurse comes there. Ranbir asks why you came late, if I had died. Nurse checks the syringe. Vikram comes to Pallavi and says you did second right thing by giving Ranbir’s responsibility to Prachi. Pallavi asks what is first one? Vikram says marriage with me. Pallavi says second one is right. Vikram says you are right and says Newton’s third law, for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. He says you are a bit different, your reactions are equal and not opposite. He says you show anger on her and show love too by giving her responsibility. He says nobody can take care of Ranbir better than Prachi. Pallavi says someone else can take better care of Ranbir, and says Prachi has done mistakes earlier too. She says giving her responsibility is reward to her, and says I am not bad. Vikram says Prachi is good for Ranbir and you know it.

Rhea and Aaliya hear them. Rhea says I guess Prachi has a new fan. She asks Pallavi why did she give a big responsibility to Prachi, Ranbir’s care. Pallavi says I don’t want to talk to her, she is angry with her. Rhea says didn’t you hear that Ranbir wanted to meet Prachi and don’t care for me. Pallavi asks if your love will decrease? Rhea says he doesn’t know how eagerly I am waiting to meet him. Pallavi says have you sent him bouquet and greetings, we all went to meet him after Prachi. She says sometimes I feel that your love and concern is too fake. Rhea is shocked and says Ranbir…Pallavi asks her to stop excuses and says if you love him a bit, then take care of him. She says Doctor asked us to be outside, Prachi is taking care of him and you…

She goes. Aaliya says not a good sign, Pallavi’s language is against you, we have to make a back up plan. She looks inside the ward and asks Rhea to go, says she will come. She takes a bed sheet and suffocates someone.
