“Did you found something? ”Draco stared out the villa window with his back facing his men.

“Yes boss. The boys who was sent to kill Young Lady was also murdered ”Mateo replied and Draco laughed.

“Guess the person who sent them knew i was after them ”He shooked his head before facing them.

“We already got the clips of how the incident happened including the killers in the background ”Matteson handed the disk drive to Draco and he glanced at it before handling it back to them.

“Give it to the news company and also leak out the first company who spoke about Maureen. After leaking out everything and edit it to my favor shut down the company, every single one of them who procrastinated Maureen ”Draco ordered and the both of them bowed their heads before walking out of his study room.

“Why don’t you just call your brother to know if he has found Maureen or not? ”Mila suggested but Diamond ignored her.

“Am talking to you Diamond ”Mila pushed his head causing him to halt recklessly.

“Are you insane do you want to kill me?? If you’re tired of living then die alone don’t drag me into your suicide mission please”Mila held her chest while beating fast.

Diamond phone buzzed and he stared at it before turning on the car radio.

“Breaking news…. Blackwood Maureen was allegedly being forcely accused of everything. The video clip had being released on how the assanitors were aiming for someone else but ended up shooting the little girl in Maureen hands. Maureen took it onto herself thinking she was at fault and then someone who hates Maureen got the chance to bribe Sky High news to spread fake rumors and at it stands now the company as being shut down by Draco Blackwood for falsely accusing his wife. The netizens are now angry over those assassin’s who were said to be confirmed dead few minutes after the incident now the questions is who’s behind all this?? Is still a mystery to many but for the now the rumors has been cleared. That’s the news for today….”

The radio immediately went silent and Mila smile happily.

“I said it, I knew that Maureen could never hurt anyone not to talk of killing someone” Mila breathed out happily.

“Now the news has been cleared and your friend has been free of all those charges against her can you get down from my car? ”Diamond coldly said and Mila faced him with a frown.

“Are you normal?? How can you tell a young lady like me to get down from your car this late at night?? Just look around and tell me if this is place isn’t more like a dessert to you, how will i get a taxi from here? ”Mila asked angrily only to hear him say.

“Did i forced you to get into the car?”He asked and Mila looked away from him knowing he was right she was the one who forced herself into his car and not the other way round.

“Even if but as a gentleman you can’t force me to get down from your….”

“And when did i told you i was a gentleman? ”Diamond faced her coldly and Mila couldn’t help but shiver in fear.

“I…”

“Get down ”He cut her off and Maureen stared at him with scared eyes.

“You stay here one more minute then you won’t like yourself”

Mila immediately opened the and came down before she immediately saw a taxi and stopped it.

She stared at Diamond who was starring at her from his car before she entered the taxi and it drove off.

Diamond stared at the seat she sat on and saw her hand bag.

“Silly girl ”He shooked his head before he drove off.

☆𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘☆

“No this can’t be happening” Bonnie angrily threw her phone acrossed the room.

“Ahh…..”She pulled on her hair angrily.

“Why must he protect her why?? Why did he do that?? And how was he able to clear up her name? How? ”Bonnie yelled loudly and Greer immediately rushed in.

“What’s your problem Bonnie it’s night already someone is trying to sleep” She frowned at her.

“Sleep? You’re trying to sleep when i can’t sleep?? Maureen has been cleared, Draco did all that and now nothing is against her all efforts has being wasted ”Bonnie shouted before she fell on the floor while sobbing.

“Did you do something??”Greer found her attitude real strange.

“What do mean?”Bonnie faced her confusedly.

“You’re acting strange. Are you behind this in the first place?”Greer asked and Bonnie frowned.

“Do you think i can go to such extents just because i don’t like Maureen is this what you think of me?”Bonnie angrily asked.

“Ok ok ok am sorry it was a slipped of tongue my apologies”Greer quickly apologize.

“It better be”Bonnie stood up and walked towards the bathroom while Greer eyes followed her.

She doesn’t sees to believe Bonnie at this particular situation.

☆𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘☆

Draco walked into Maureen room after he made sure the news was cleared off and saw her sleeping soundly on the bed.

He pulled a chair closer and sat down close to her before staring at her peaceful face.

He could still remember her mom worried tone when she called him and he had to promise her he would do anything to keep her off the news.

He saw the five fingers marks on her face and he frowned. Why did she had to take the slaps for him?? He felt so touch right now.

His eyes trailed off to her peach blossom lips and he swallowed hard. He could clearly remember how her lips taste like. He didn’t planned on kissing her earlier but he wanted her to stop crying that’s why he did so.

He is slowly falling for her? No that can’t be he hates her and wants to torture her that’s all he can’t fall for her no way.

After examining her body he stood up and pulled the bed sheet to cover her. He turned to leave but eventually stopped and he decided to peck her on her lips when she immediately opened her eyes and Draco body stiffened.

“What are you doing?”
